Jim Ronco: Jim has been in the title insurance and real estate development industry for over 50 years. His experience allows us to provide expert consultation in land, title, and strategic planning services for residential land owners, commercial developers, and everyone in between.
Jim's years of experience have qualified him to testify as an expert witness in real property litigation in Mendocino, Lake, Sonoma, and Marin Counties. Jim served as Chairman of the Board for the Ukiah Valley Sanitation District and on the Mendocino County Assessment Appeals Board.
Jeremy Ronco: Jeremy grew up alongside his parents in the title business and followed his own path in land development. In the private sector, Jeremy was the main drafter and survey crew chief for Mannatt Engineering for nearly a decade. From there, he transitioned to Construction Project Manager for the City of Willits, where he worked for 15 years. In addition to his experience working on development projects, he served on the City of Willits and Mendocino Council of Governments (MCOG) Technical Advisory Committees for several years. He now brings his experience in both the public and private sectors to JRC to help clients navigate a variety of land planning projects.
